Meet Brittany:
Experienced Public Health Communications Professional

Brittany is the Principal Consultant at Impact Narrative Consulting, bringing over 6 years of experience in public health communications, workforce development, and community and stakeholder engagement. She specializes in leading digital communications, managing platforms, and creating culturally relevant content to amplify the impact of public health initiatives and programs. Her work focuses on advancing health equity through research, advocacy, and multi-channel communications that strengthen the public health workforce workforce and influence policy change.

Before founding Impact Narrative Consulting, Brittany served as a Coalition Coordinator for a local CHW Coalition in Charlotte, North Carolina, enhancing community engagement and leading the development of health communications for public health initiatives. She is also a Community Health Worker (CHW) Data Consultant, providing insights to inform public health strategies, workforce development surveys, and public health workforce evaluation.

Brittany holds a Master’s in Healthcare Administration (MHA) and a Bachelor’s in Public Health. Her published work includes the article “Promoting Physical Literacy for Disadvantaged Youth with Chronic Disease” in the American Journal of Health Education.
